I think that in the end, VAWA works against women.
VAWA is what keeps men away from women and therefore end up protecting men more than women.

I'm looking into the long term. In my view, VAWA may be the straw that finally breaks the camel's back.

IMBRA has the same effect: instead of trying to find mates on the internet, men are rather chosing to tavel to other places and see for themselves.
Besides, IMBRA is a structure that ensures that foreign women will take the very best men.

I'm not sure that rejecting VAWA will have positive results for men.

I would wait some more...
