This Just In... Gun Owners Win!!

Check it:

On June 26, 2008, by a vote of 5-4, The United States Supreme Court ruled that the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution guarantees a fundamental, INDIVIDUAL right to own a firearm.

Voting with the majority were Chief Justice Roberts, Justice Alito, Justice Thomas, Justice Kennedy, and Justice Scalia, who wrote the opinion. Justices Breyer, Ginsburg, Souter and Stevens voted to uphold D.C.’s complete gun ban.

"The Second Amendment protects an individual right to possess a firearm unconnected with service in a militia, and to use that arm for traditional lawful purposes, such as self-defense within the home..."

Read the entire decision, in full, here. It is a beautiful read, filled with proofs, clear logic, and common sense.

Government, when it steps outside of its Constitutional chains, does much wrong. It becomes a terrible economic planner. It is a horrendous father-figure substitute. It is a brutal and ruthless oppressor.

However, when the system moves to do what it was actually designed to do, protect and uphold the life, liberty, and property of its citizens, in addition to providing an impartial tribunal for the adjudication of disputes, and guided by righteous men who rule in accordance with the Natural Law, it is a beautiful sight to behold.

Even though we have a long way to go before each and every citizen is secure in the freedoms that God gives to mankind, it is good to see that tyranny has been subdued... for the time being.

When I first began this journey of activism, my goal was to eradicate feminism, and to be a part of a movement that would right wrongs forever more. I thought that, if I present well researched and logical arguments, then our enemies would simply roll over, see the light, and give up their demands for global domination.

However, upon further reflection, I've come to realize that perfect peace and tranquility will never come. The battle against tyranny is neverending, and those of us on the side of liberty must come to terms with this fact.

Taking feminist tyranny, for example, there is much evidence to suggest that men have been discriminated against for many, many decades previous. The marriage strike, as another example, has very ancient roots.

And so it goes with our current struggle between Freedom and Tyranny, Liberty and Fascism. These states of being are not constant. They are not fixed, and they are not permanent.

They ebb and flow, wax and wane, increase and decrease.

Consequently, those of us who are called to fight for freedom must understand that, as it has been written:

... "The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing." -- Edmund Burke

"It is the common fate of the indolent to see their rights become a prey to the active. The condition upon which God hath given liberty to man is eternal vigilance; which condition if he break, servitude is at once the consequence of his crime and the punishment of his guilt." -- John Philpot Curran: Speech upon the Right of Election, 1790. (Speeches. Dublin, 1808.) as quoted in the Oxford Dictionary of Quotations, NY, 1953, p167 and also in Bartlett's Familiar Quotations, Boston, 1968, p479

"But you must remember, my fellow-citizens, that eternal vigilance by the people is the price of liberty, and that you must pay the price if you wish to secure the blessing. It behooves you, therefore, to be watchful in your States as well as in the Federal Government." -- Andrew Jackson, Farewell Address, March 4, 1837

"Eternal vigilance is the price of liberty." -- Wendell Phillips, (1811-1884), abolitionist, orator and columnist for The Liberator, in a speech before the Massachusetts Antislavery Society in 1852, according to The Dictionary of Quotations edited by Bergen Evans...

There are many people, for many reasons, that befriend evil, treachery, and tyranny; all the while claiming to be the bringers of peace and prosperity.

There is much to compromise about, but when it comes to my natural right to own firearms, which secures my natural right to be beholden to no mortal man in fundamental respects, there cannot and will not be any form of compromise.

There cannot and will not ever be any compromise when it comes to feminism and feminist ideology. My natural rights as husband and father are incompatible with fundamental feminist thought.

Recognize, Dear Reader, that I will forever remain an implacable foe, and a sworn enemy of all of those, of all "isms" (feminism, racism, fascism, corporatism, fundamentalism) who would strip me of my freedom.

Above all, don't sleep. We have won a great victory today, but war is far from over.

Something Different.

Gang,

There's a lot more to life than Men's Rights and Financial issues alone. And to that end, I have set up a blog that will allow me to write some short stories that have been bouncing around in my head for quite a while now.

Won't you take a look?

Comments welcomed.

Peace.

Money as Debt.

Gang,

If you really want to know why our economy is tanking, as the supply of loans and credit dries up, please watch this film.

This is such an important subject, I also recommend that you send this movie to a friend.

It's called: Money as Debt.

It goes into detail about our fiat monetary, fractional reserve banking system, and why we are now Trillions of dollars in the hole!

I do take issue with some of the proposed solutions presented here, such as the total banning of interest rates, or its total rejection of commodity based (gold and silver) solutions. And I am also leery of the idea that the currency of choice should be completely in the control of the government, instead of it being accepted or rejected in a free market, where educated individuals make the millions and billions of individual choices that determine what really is money.

However, it does a commendable job explaining why our economy really is based on a house of cards.

When you get done with this film, please visit the Mises Institute. The Austrian school of economics deals with the behaviors of real people, and advocates real monetary solutions.

And after that: please visit Wide Eye Cinema.

There is a lot of food for thought here. Take a minute, check it out, and hear the other side of the story. And as always:

BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT WHO OR WHAT YOU INVITE INTO YOUR HEAD.

Sex and Culture.

Here you go fellas... another must read to add to your collection!

Sex and Culture.

Shoutout to Married, Sayonara, and all the other good Gents at Don't Marry.com.

And speaking of light from the ancient past, be sure to visit The Men's Tribune.

Understand that Feminism is the symptom of a larger sickness; an illness that has infected the Western Psyche for generations. The struggles that we as Men have to fight today, have already been fought by our fathers long before.

Truly, as the Bible teaches, there is nothing new under the Sun.

Tent City: The All American Nightmare.

In a previous post, I mentioned that Thomas Jefferson wrote the following words:

"If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their Fathers conquered… I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies..."

For those who thought Jefferson was joking, please take a look at this highly sobering post by Mish at his blog Global Economic Trend Analysis.

Welcome to the All American Nightmare.

This Week On Wall Street: 6-16-2008.

Greetings!

America's Financial Crisis is far from over.

Your humble author informed you earlier that inflation was coming. And now, its here in all its ugly glory. And what's worse, we have a long way to go before the worst of it is behind us.

We ain't seen nothin' yet!!

So with the inflation theme stuck firmly in our minds, I'd like to present some items for your review.

First, Financial Sense has an interesting discussion regarding the various stages of inflation, and the ongoing commodities bull market. Have a listen here.

Next up, the International Forecaster digs deep and explains what inflation is really made of, and why we are royally screwed in the long term. See here.

And finally (and most disturbingly), let's look at what Deepcaster has to say about the total dollar amount of outstanding derivatives contracts:

... Systemic Meltdown Risks & Devilish Derivatives

The risk of Systemic Meltdown continues to increase. The Total Value of all Derivatives Outstanding now exceeds One Quadrillion U.S. Dollars, nearly a doubling since the last BIS (Bank of International Settlements, the Central Bank's Bank) report. The value of listed Derivatives is now about $548 Trillion and OTC (Dark Liquidity) Derivatives is $596 Trillion, as of December 2007, for a total Notional Value of over $1000 Trillion.

Remember that Derivatives Markdowns and Failures are at the core of several ongoing financial crises, including the Credit Market Freeze-Up and Mortgage Crises. If any major counterparty/ies to these Derivatives contracts fails, that could bring the entire “Paper Domino” Derivatives Edifice (and thus the entire Financial System) crashing down as well.

Thus, whatever funds (taxpayer guaranteed or provided, ultimately, of course) are necessary to rescue major financial institutions at risk for failure will be provided by Central Banks. Since Derivatives Markdowns or Defaults are increasing dramatically, this entails Central Banks providing a veritable flood of paper money, a flood which has already begun. And this dramatic Monetary Inflation necessarily entails increasing Price Inflation (i.e. Hyperinflation), an indirect “tax on taxpayers...

Did you catch that?

One Quadrillion Dollars?

What the Fuck?

Have you ever heard someone say Quadrillion in the course of a serious discussion??

A Quadrillion dollars is $1,000,000,000,000,000!!!

Can you imagine what would happen if even 10% of those contracts became due?

(1000 trillion) * (.10) = 100 Trillion dollars!

And how does that compare with U.S. GDP?

(1000 Trillion) / (14.1 Trillion) = 70.9.

The total number of contracts outstanding is 70 times more than U.S. GDP.

Crappola!

And finally, lets compare this amount to the only true money supply in the world: Gold and Silver.

(1000 Trillion) / (2.2 bil ounces)*(16.6) + (10 bil ounces) * (870.90) = 114.

The total number of contracts outstanding is 114 times more than the entire supply of available Gold and Silver!!

What does that mean, Dear Reader?

In my mind, this shocking number means that, if the shit really hits the fan and these derivatives begin to tumble like dominoes, then either the worlds central banks will need to INFLATE like the Devil Himself be after them in order to save the numerous financial institutions that are involved in this trade, or there will be a MAD MAD rush for the safety of Gold and Silver because they are assets, and NOT LIABILITIES ON A CENTRAL BANK BALANCE SHEET. Gold and silver remain money at all times, whereas our paper dollar doesn't even have enough value for me to wipe my arse with it!

With all that being said, let me warn you once more. We are in for the financial storm of our lives. There will be no escape. There will be no magical solution. Our Money Masters have mortaged the planet in their insane quest for economic growth by any means necessary.

Plan ahead, talk to your financial adviser, eliminate whatever debt you can, and if you can't get rid of it entirely, then make sure that its at a FIXED interest rate, and try to consolidate as much debt as you can at a fixed rate. In this way, you know that these payments won't increase in times of hyperinflation, if it comes to that.

However, lenders and creditors aren't stupid. They understand that fixed interest rates during times of rapid inflation are a bad deal for them, because borrowers can pay off their loans with devalued currency. So before you make any power moves, see your financial adviser, and make sure you read the fine print in your loan contracts, promissary notes, and credit card terms and conditions to make sure that they do not have the power to alter terms in the event of massive inflation.

Also, consider making food purchases that will hold you over for long periods of time. For example, we have a 50 pound bag of rice here at home. Because of this, we have not been affected by the massive increase in the price of rice. Buy now, and in quantity, so that you can lock in your cost NOW.

Buy stuff that won't perish in bulk, throw it in the deep freezer, or whatever you gotta do. Pick up water in mass quanities. DO NOT forget the Beer.

Remember:

Do your own homework.

Talk to your financial adviser, and ask him or her if its possible for you to diversify OUT OF THE US DOLLAR. Some of the biggest stars in the investment world have already made the switch, and you should talk to your adviser about doing the same.

Get out of debt.

The debt that you gotta have, try to make sure it is a fixed rate, and consolidate as much of your variable rate debt into a fixed rate as you possibly can.

Keep your car at a full tank of gas at all times.

And get ready for the long haul. It's not gonna be pretty.

Toku out.

On Father's Day.

Today is the day when Americans are supposed to honor thy father. Since I've been a Men's Rights Activist, I've made it a point to scan Google News to see what the news media has to say about a holiday that has been perverted beyond recognition.

Right off the bat, we find:

Maybe We Should Have A “Fatherless Day”

by Thomas D. Segel (6/13/08)

My thoughts exactly. After all, this country has spent the last 40 years or so eradicating fatherhood from American culture.

Mr. Segel writes:

... It (Father's Day) will be a day of Dad’s favorite activities and will be filed away in our respective memory banks as one of those very special family events. That is…with the exception of those 24 million-plus children in America that remain fatherless.

The negative impact of life’s forces on children in fatherless homes is staggering. Though studies of these problems span the past ten years, nothing much has changed for the better in these young lives.
With family separations increasing though divorce or abandonment, more children are added to the fatherless list with every passing day...

While I agree with the author's sentiment, I gotta say... Didn't he get the Memo? Fatherhood is nothing more than a Patriarchal institution that embodies slavery, rape, abuse, psychological trauma, and God knows what else.

Nevermind that the feminist ideology that has utterly destroyed the concept of fatherhood has been known to be false in many cases, over exaggerated in others, and hell bent on eliminating men from all positions of power, authority, and influence.

Nevermind that children really need, want, and desire a close relationship with their fathers, and that children who are raised with their fathers are much better off than those who are not.

Nevermind that, biologically and metaphysically, Men are just as important in the conception, birthing, and raising of children as women are.

Without a Man's life giving sperm, no woman in the world can conceive and give birth to a child.

Without the aid and assistance of Men, women are not in a position to survive while she is carrying a baby. Her condition is such that she would be vulnerable to a host of internal and external dangers. Be it morning sickness, the extra hours of sleep that a pregnant woman's body requires, or other physical conditions that come about with pregnancy, she is not fit to fight a battle, hunt for food, or stave off the various kinds of two and four legged predators that inhabit this world.

In addition, women owe their comfortable modern existence to the male engineers, inventors, architects, and others who designed, constructed, and currently maintain the trappings of modern civilization that ironically have led women to believe that they are totally autonomous beings beholden to no one.

However, when disaster strikes, and the lights go off, it always amuses me to see how quickly women bellow for those damn, despicable males to get up, get out, and fix whatever happens to be broken.

Now don't misunderstand me, I'm not saying that women are worthless and have no part to play in the drama of creating new life. It is obvious to all that women are designed to nourish and sustain the seed that the man has planted, and that she will give the child his very first meal at her breast. She also endures the nine months of discomfort, sickness, and other changes that naturally occur. For everything that she does, it should be acknowledged and respected.

However, for modern women to trumpet, at every opportunity, that they are the sole givers of life, is ridiculous, for reasons I have written about previously.

The Sexes have different, and complementary roles. Men and women have something vital to contribute that the other lacks, and, at the highest levels of philosophy, it is understood that the two parts unite (literally) to create something whole.

Photobucket
(Goddess Nut, representation of the sky and space, is separated from the God Geb, representation of earth and stability. Note the erect phallus of Geb, indicating that the lovers were only recently separated from their sexual (Tantric) embrace.)

This idea of the man as lifegiving rain, and woman as the fertile soil of the earth, is a teaching that the ancients understood. Or, in the case of the Kemetians, they pictured the Heavens as female manifesting in the form of the Goddess Nut, and the Earth as being Male in the form of the God Geb (which makes sense when you consider how Men can settle down on the couch and be totally at ease for long periods of time, and how men are not easily "moved" physically or ideologically, whereas a woman tends to be more mobile, less settled, and easily ever changing in mood and action).

Or, looking at it from a biological perspective, of the usual 46 human Chromosomes found in cellular matter, 23 of those come from the father, and 23 come from the mother. Hence, children are not just the sole property of the mother. They belong, in equal measure, to their father and their mother. This understanding contradicts the cultural and legal presumption [1][2] of this Matriarchy, that assumes that children belong to their mother alone.

This is a wrongheaded and disastrous way of thinking. Spiritually and materially, children need, want, and deserve both of their parents, unless there is evidence beyond a reasonable doubt, as determined by a jury of the citizenry, that one or both parents are unfit to take care of them.

There is no Natural or Moral right for the State, or an individual, to sever the ties between mother, father, and child, unless there is clear and convincing evidence to the contrary. Justice demands that the rights of mothers and the rights of fathers to their children be equally protected, without prejudice. If an individual parent voluntarily decides, without duress or coercion, to abandon their child, that's one thing. But to use the force of the State to forcibly separate a father from his child, is a great crime that does not go unpunished.

Civilized society pays the price for the selfish acts of its members. And, without recognition and repentance, the guilty members suffer the penalty of having no civilized society at all. Such is the Law of Karma. Punishment comes with the teaching, and none with blood on their hands can escape it.

Speaking of collapsing civilization, we read in the Wall Street Journal:

The Tragedy of America's Disappearing Fathers
By JUAN WILLIAMS

June 14, 2008; Page A11

... As we celebrate Father's Day tomorrow, we should reflect upon a sad fact: It is now common to meet young people in our big city schools, foster-care homes and juvenile centers who do not know their dads. Most of those children have come face-to-face with their father at some point; but most have little regular contact with the man, or have any faith that he loves or cares about them.

When fatherless young people are encouraged to write about their lives, they tell heartbreaking stories about feeling like "throwaway people." In the privacy of the written page, their hard, emotional shells crack open to reveal the uncertainty that comes from not knowing if their father has any interest in them. The stories are like letters to unknown dads – some filled with imaginary scenes about what it might be like to have a dad who comes home and puts his arm around you or plays with you.

They feel like they've been thrown away, Mr. Myers says, because "they don't have a father to push them, discipline them, and they give up trying to succeed . . . they don't see themselves as wanted." A regular theme of their stories is that they feel safer in a foster care home or juvenile detention center than on the outside, because they have no father to hold together the family. There is no one at home...

I can certainly sympathize with this view... because I am one of those children. For the past 30 years, I have never celebrated a Father's Day with my own father. I never knew what it was like to have that male presence at home. I didn't have the spiritual, financial, and moral support that a good father brings to the table.

And, while my mother did her very best raising me, and while I turned out to be a good kid with a college education and a professional career, I know, in my heart of hearts, that I could have gone much further, much faster in life with the aid and comfort of my father, and I would have done so without all of the effort that I had to expend just to make up for the psychological and material damage that living without a father has caused.

It makes my blood absolutely boil when I hear women, feminists, and traitorous manginas say that fathers are expendable, and that fathers aren't needed, or that women can raise children on their own with no problems.

BULL-MUTHAFUCKIN'-SHIT!

I can understand theoretically that a woman can raise a child without its father. I can also understand theoretically that people can live without both arms and both legs. I understand that those who lose a leg can strengthen themselves to compensate but...

WHY WOULD ANYONE DO THAT TO THEMSELVES IF THEY COULD HELP IT? WHY IS IT THAT WE CUT THE PSYCHO-SPIRITUAL ARMS OF OFF LITTLE BABIES AND SYSTEMATICALLY ROB THEM OF THEIR FATHERS JUST TO SATISFY THE WHIMS OF MENTALLY ILL FEMINISTS AND THEIR ILK?

Why?

I'll tell you why. It's because of selfish women who think only of themselves, and selfish men who refuse to stand up and fight what is blatantly unjust. It's because of manginas who allow their pride and their honor to be tarnished, day after day by people who hold them in contempt for allowing it. It's because of those in the legal system who pervert justice for their own financial and political gain. It's because of women who have been brainwashed and bamboozled into believing that they have to do everything on their own, and who refuse to look inside themselves in order to discover what being a woman, and what femininity, is all about. It's because of the masses of people who neither know or care about the internal hemorrhaging that all of this family injustice is causing. It's especially because of politcal commentators and newshounds that report on the collapse of fatherhood, but never reveal to the people the real causes of this epidemic: political feminism, corruption in the legal system, overstepping of Constitutional barriers, and the philosophy of family destruction that has been advanced by countless theorizers.

In summary:

This Father's Day has special significance for me, because, for the first time in my life, I have a reason to celebrate it.

Yes, I am no longer just a Men's Rights Activist: I am also a Father's Rights Activist now.

And it is my duty to fight the powers that be, and resist the social and political trends that would separate me from my precious child. It is my duty to teach my child right from wrong, and to make them aware of the cultural and legal systems that seek to corrupt them, especially if my child just happens to be a boy.

Yes, I am even MORE FIRED UP than I was just a few short weeks ago!

And guess what? My wife is a down ass chick who has been enlightened. She is immune from the poison of the Fematrix.

Ron Paul: Campaign for Liberty!!

And now a message from Dr. Ron Paul:

The Campaign for Liberty... an ideal whose time has come!

Check it out here.

We need a Campaign for Liberty... now more than ever.

Liberty from government mismanagement of the economy,

Liberty from the financial and political tyranny of the Money Men,

Liberty from grinding taxes, sinking currencies, and raging inflation,

Liberty from feminism, family court corruption, and child protective services that abuse the rights of Men, women and children,

and above all, Liberation from the "Something for Nothing" mentality.

We must, as a people realize that it is foolish to give away one's personal power to others. It is a crime to depend on government when one is able to go his own way. It is contemptible when men live their lives on autopilot, unthinking and unfeeling.

ENOUGH!

The forces of lies, deceit, and manipulation have been kicking our collective arses for far too long. It's time to take action. It's time to take a stand. It is time to get up, get out, and do something.

THERE IS NOTHING TO FEAR, IF ONE TAKES THE PROPER PRECAUTIONS AND ACTS WITHIN THE BOUNDS OF COMMON SENSE. THERE IS NOTHING TO FEAR, BECAUSE WE ARE NOT ALONE IN OUR PLIGHT. THE TRUTH IS THAT MANY, MANY PEOPLE SUFFER IN SILENCE, OUT OF THE FEAR OF BEING "DIFFERENT". RECOGNIZE THAT THERE IS STRENGTH IN NUMBERS, AND THE ONLY WAY TO BEAT THE FEMINISTS AND THE FASCISTS IS TO DO WHAT THEY DO: ORGANIZE, STRATEGIZE, AND CONCEPTUALIZE!

And one good way (out of many good ways) to do so is, in my humble opinion, join this Campaign for Liberty, and make it such a powerful force that tyrants and feminists alike will tremble at the sight.

Facists and feminists alike have no power in a land where all are truly equal before the law, and where justice is no respector of persons.

In summary:

Let's Get It On!

Obama Wins!

Well gang,

obama

I'm sure you've seen the papers and watched the news. Barack Obama has seized the Democratic nomination for President of the United States.

And to be totally honest, I am happy to see that a Black man has risen to this level of national prominence. It makes me feel good to see that America has done much to atone for its past mistakes; and it gives me hope that our country can move forward and become the beacon of Liberty and Justice that it has always had the potential to be.

So, as a Black man, will I be supporting Barack Obama?

The answer to that question is NO. There is only one man that I will be voting for President this November, even if I have to write in his name myself.

That man is Ron Paul.

Before I explain my reasoning, I would like to point out that many of my peoples would look at me like I was a Sell-Out, or a Traitor, or both.

See, most non Black-folks have little understanding of the inner workings of the Black community. And most have no understanding of how tribal we are. The pressure to conform is absolutely enormous. It's kinda like groupthink to the tenth power!

So my Black readers will understand when I say that I am really going out on a limb here by opposing one of my Brothers. I would say to my critics that I am doing so for very compelling reasons.

I do not support Obama because:

1) He is against the Second Amendment. This is a huge No No because the Constitution must be enforced and upheld, in its entirety, at all times; otherwise it is useless. More importantly, owning a firearm is a basic human right that no government has the moral right to repeal.

As a matter of fact, the entire concept of gun control is dangerous, racist, and has caused countless numbers of deaths because good people were powerless before vicious criminals and crooked governments.

Anyone who would try to take away my guns, either politically or physically, is just like someone who is trying to take away my life. There is no distinction between the two in my book. And yes... it's that serious.

2) He has no understanding of the real economic issues gripping this nation. His programs call for massive amounts of government spending, but no real plan to tackle our national debt, our fiat monetary policy, or our burdensome federal tax code, which American citizens shouldn't be paying anyway. If you want to know what a real economic plan looks like, check out Ron Paul's proposals here.

3) Obama is no friend of fathers, a brutal truth that this blog has mentioned before here, here and here.

4) Obama is a committed globalist, and member of the nefarious Council on Foreign Relations.

5) Obama is a feminist candidate, through and through. See the evidence for yourself here. And, while the other major feminists groups, NOW PAC, Emily's List, and others have endorsed the Great Feminist Loser Hitlary Clinton, expect these hives of feminist villany to make Nice Nice with the new nominee in short order.

Based on these facts, I have no choice but to support Ron Paul, the only candidate that stands for Sound Money, Liberty, Privacy, and the Rule of Law.

No one else comes close.

And, while I expect that Obama will easily beat John Mclame, I for one will vote my conscience and support Ron Paul. When the economy crashes, and the something for nothing crowd reaps what it has sown, I will smile with satisfaction that I stood my ground, and voted against enthusiastic and well meaning feminist/socialist/globalist tyranny.

Let's keep it real... Leftist policies have utterly destroyed the Black family, and ruined the lives of millions in the process. There is no way that I can jump on the bandwagon and help condemn my people, and the nation, to the same old programs and ideologies that condemned millions of human beings to stressful lives in poverty and crime stricken ghettos.

Toku.
